The mission of CinTurs is to generate and share knowledge in Tourism and Hospitality, aiming to promote the sustainable development of tourist destinations and to enhance the well-being of tourists, host communities, and those working in the tourism sector. CinTurs is funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and received the grade of “Very Good” in all evaluation periods.
